How long will my order take to ship?

Our orders generally ship within 1-3 business days of processing. If you have a rush request, please send us a note at, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. 

Where is my package?

All online orders will receive tracking information via your confirmation email. If your package hasn’t turned up, we recommend checking with your local mail carrier first. 

We are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier or shipped to the incorrect address.

Returns and Exchanges 

For all exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping of the returned item. If for some reason your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us at  WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!
